We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all related intellectual property. Your access to the Service does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit may be used by us freely, without compensation or obligation to you.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our third-party payment processor. All fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or downgrades. You may cancel at any time, and your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rare X Labs Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
